Get an estimate
You will hopefully be able to make a fair estimate of your own by using the Price Table and Exceptional Charges information.
To ensure you receive a realistic estimate when you Contact Us and are in a position to book, it is best if you are able to provide the following information:
- where the items are
- the approximate total volume
- whether there are any specialist items such as fridges or large furniture
- if there may be an unusual amount of work required to get the items to where the truck can or is likely to park
Where you are not able to provide a clear picture of your needs there is a greater chance of a variation between our estimate and the actual cost. Either way it is best to Contact Us to be certain and make a start to getting rid of all that junk!
It is, however, important to remember that an estimate is only an approximation and therefore may not be the final amount charged. It is not a quote. If you require the exact figure you will be charged please use the comprehensive method at Get a Quote (typically a 15-20+ minute process).
We do not provide lower than realistic estimates to win your interest only to surprise you with a different figure once the truck arrives or after the job is completed. At first glance your estimate may not be the lowest you receive during your initial research. Yet in real terms and eventual outcome it is highly likely to be the best price. This is backed up by the exceptionally high number of new and old clients who continue to return to us.
